Hair Salons to Resume Indoors in Some Counties, Outdoors in Others

While some counties will allow hair salons to reopen indoor operations, those in San Francisco and Alameda County have been cleared for outdoor service only. Cierra Johnson talks with a salon owner in Oakland.
