Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival Canceled Due to COVID, Local Vaccination Rates

For the second year in a row, the Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival is canceled. The city council voted unanimously to deny the required permit for the event, pointing to concerns over the contagious delta variant, as well as local vaccination rates.
