San Bruno Questions Halt of PG&E Records Investigation

The City of San Bruno Saturday criticized a decision by the California Public Utilities Commission to halt its investigation into thousands of missing Pacific Gas & Electric Co. pipeline strength test records – a reversal that has prompted concerns of a possible backroom deal brokered between PG&E and the state agency tasked with regulating it.
