Heat Advisory, Spare the Air Alert Issued for Bay Area

A heat advisory for much of the Bay Area takes effect at 10 a.m. Tuesday, and air quality officials have issued a Spare the Air alert for smog in the region. Kari Hall and Bob Redell report.
