Levi's Stadium Offers 49ers Gear to Vaccinated Teens

Health officials are getting creative to encourage teens to get the COVID-19 vaccine, including a special event at Levi’s Stadium Tuesday where those who got the shot were also given some 49ers gear, and a behind the scenes look. Ian Cull reports.
