LGBTQ cultural district could come to Oakland

Oakland is poised to create the city’s first official LGBTQ cultural district and neighborhood. City leaders are expected to vote on it in a meeting Tuesday night. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to LGBTQ advocate Joe Hawkins for some insight on the proposal.
