Lingerie Store Thief Evades Pleasant Hill Police

A man wielding a shotgun robbed a lingerie store.

A man with a shotgun is at large following his robbery of a lingerie store, according to reports.
 
The Lingerie Etc. store at 2298 Monument Boulevard in Pleasant Hill was robbed at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday, the Contra Costa Times reported.
 
The suspect, a Latino man in his mid-20s, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, with a thin build and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, walked into the store wielding a shotgun. He demanded money, reached into the register, and departed, with an unknown amount of cash.
 
He fled on foot and is still at large. In other words, he gave "police the slip," the newspaper reported.
