Livermore Woman's Furniture Damaged During Sears Delivery

Dana Cicone of Livermore bought a new refrigerator from Sears in June. During delivery, her sofa and side tables were damaged, she said. She filed a claim right away, but four months later, she was still awaiting a resolution. Consumer reporter Chris Chmura has the full story in the above video.
