Ribbon-cutting for Sunnyvale tiny homes project

A ribbon-cutting will be held Friday for newly constructed small homes in Sunnyvale. The developer says they are ADUs, or accessory dwelling units, intended for low-income residents, and he got emotional when discussing the project.
