Millennium Tower Fix Engineer Sets Seismic ‘Safety and Stability' Threshold

San Francisco’s sinking and leaning Millennium Tower is getting close to the limit of being “safe and stable” during an earthquake, according to the engineer hired to stop the high rise from sinking any further. Jaxon Van Derbeken reports.
