An Extra Special Birthday Parade for Antioch Teen

Birthday parades are the new thing but one parade in Antioch was extravagant and extra special. The Contra Costa Fire Department joined neighbors in celebrating Abigayle Yamaguchi a happy 19th birthday Wednesday. Her mom thanks everyone for staying home and she is battling brain cancer and has a compromised immune system.
