Napa police on Thursday afternoon were seen surrounding a suspect who may be linked to a fatal shooting.
The nearly four-hour standoff at Kennedy Park started around 1:30 p.m. after police chased a possible murder suspect to the area.
"It was pretty crazy," witness Michael Scott said. "You know it's Napa. It's a quiet town. You don't see that ever. I've not seen that many police officers at once."
Police said a shooting took place at the Napa Park Homes apartments on Lincoln Avenue. Police are not releasing much information, but it appears at least one person was killed.
