Napster co-founder Sean Parker was on a two-man panel recently at the DLD conference, and had a few things to say about the "Social Network" movie.
According to The Next Web, Parker, who's played by Justin Timberlake in the film, said he enjoyed it but said, "the movie is a complete work of fiction."
Commenting on the scenes with drug use and supermodels he said, "I wish my life was that cool."
He went on to say,
“The part of the movie that frustrated me most was when the character played by Justin Timberlake who just happens to have my name – writes a check to Edwardo who I remain in contact with and consider a friend, and throws it at his face and has him thrown out of the building. That’s just rude. I mean who would do that?”
Parker still assists with Facebook today, in an unofficial capacity.
