A batch of floor tickets just got released for the Devo Blondie show tonight at the Warfield in San Francisco.
The two bands who were first hitting the scene when MTV was brand new are touring the states the month of September, with a stop in San Francisco Monday night, and another stop at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga on Tuesday night before hitting Southern California.
After 20 years of not releasing a new album, in 2010 Devo put out Something for everybody to the delight of many old fans, with songs picking up right where they had left off in the 1980s.
The two Bay Area shows are sure to be filled with hits from the old days, as well as tunes from this decade, and with an opening act like Debbie Harry and Blondie, The Tide is High to get on down to some good old groves.
