Pandemic Driving Down Cost of Rent in the Bay Area

The pandemic continues to push down the cost of rent in part of the Bay Area partially because demand is dropping. Real estate experts say, people are taking advantage of working remotely and moving to some place cheaper. Jackie Ward reports.
