Preliminary 3.6 magnitude earthquake strikes in Northern California

A preliminary 3.6 magnitude earthquake struck in Lassen County in Northern California on Saturday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey.ย 

The quake, which struck at 11:48 a.m., was centered about 6.5 miles north of Susanville and 103.7 miles north-northwest of Carson City, Nevada.ย
