Sam Liccardo Celebrates Landmark Gun Legislation on Last Days as SJ Mayor

For eight years, Sam Liccardo has been the head of the Bay Area’s largest city. The mayor of San Jose is still working and on Thursday, he celebrated a landmark gun legislation he helped champion. NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke to him for some insight.
