Sam Liccardo files paperwork to run for Congress

There’s another possible candidate in the race for representative Anna Eshoo’s open congressional seat. Former San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo filed the paperwork to run for Congress. He said he filed out of “due diligence” and has not yet made a final decision on running.
