San Bruno PD Issues $25K in Fines in Illegal Fireworks Crack

San Bruno police had a busy Fourth of July, handing out 25 citations, at $1,000 each, for illegal fireworks, including one where the culprit was caught on an officer’s dashboard camera. Jean Elle reports.
