San Francisco police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating two suspects caught on surveillance video attacking a man on a Muni bus.
Police said the attack occurred in November near 6th and Mission streets. The incident started after a confrontation with the victim, a 55-year-old man.
The victim managed to defend himself as the two suspects assaulted him, police said.
"We want to send a clear message, 'Hey, look you're being watched and you're being recorded. It's not cool to assault someone on the Muni bus,'" San Francisco Police Officer Carlos Manfredi said.
The victim was not seriously hurt, police said.
Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to contact San Francisco police at 415-345-7300
