San Francisco announces entertainment zones

Entertainment zones have been announced in an effort to revitalize San Francisco businesses. Come October, the city will be filled with Octoberfest goers. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke with Robbie Silver, president and CEO of the Downtown SF partnership, and Ben Van Houten, business development manager of the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, to understand more about the city’s plan.
