San Francisco celebrates renovations of two historic SRO hotels

San Francisco celebrated Tuesday the reopening of a pair of residential hotels in the city’s Tenderloin. It was a welcome reopening in a neighborhood that has become ground zero in the city’s drug and homelessness crisis. Joe Rosato Jr. has the story.
