San Jose Police Chief Defends Officers' Use of Force in Ongoing Protests

San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia said Thursday that the department’s police officers have only used non-lethal force in recent days against “agitators” who have attempted to harm law enforcement during otherwise peaceful protests. Damian Trujillo reports.
