Santa Clara County Relaxes Restrictions as It Heads to the Red Tier

Santa Clara County says it expects to be in the red tier as soon as next Wednesday, giving the green light for more business to reopen. The county is also making changes to low-contact outdoor sports and outdoor gatherings.
