The Santa Cruz County Auditor-Controller has posted the names of individuals and companies who have unclaimed funds with the County due to uncashed checks issued more than three years ago, a press release said.
People who think they might be owed money, can go to www.co.santa-cruz.ca.us to see if they are on the list, and how to claim the money.
The list will be updated periodically, so people are encouraged to check back.
