Silicon Valley billionaires propose new city in Solano County

A mystery around a nearly billion dollar land purchase in Solano County near Travis Air Force base is getting less opaque. A group of billionaires from Silicon Valley want to build a new city there. Raj Mathai recently spoke with Congressman John Garamendi, who represents parts of Solano County, about his feelings on the plan.
