SJ Man Gets 2 Tickets to NFL Game He Didn't Buy or Want

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Jose man who received a text confirming he just bought two tickets worth $560 to an NFL game 800 miles away. Trouble is he’s not interested in the game, and he insists he never bought the tickets. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
