Solano County mystery land owner revealed

There’s finally some answers from the mysterious land grab in Solano County. Not quite Chinese spies, but instead, Silicon Valley heavyweights are buying up the vacant land hoping to build their own super city. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Congressman John Garamendi, who represents parts of Solano and Contra Costa counties, for some insight.
