Gun Rights Advocates Challenge San Jose's Gun Insurance Law

Gun rights advocates are fighting San Jose’s new gun insurance law and say its a violation the right to bear arms and free speech. The plaintiff of the lawsuit, a San Jose resident, says he wants to shine a good light on gun owners. Robert Handa reports.
