
A 2.7 magnitude earthquake was reported near San Jose Monday, according to the USGS.
A preliminary 2.7 earthquake was reported in the South Bay Monday, the USGS confirmed.
The quake was reported at around 8:40 a.m. and it was felt in Seven Trees, Alum Rock, Morgan Hill, San Jose and Santa Clara.
No damage has been reported.
