The San Jose Police Department said officers are investigating a dispute between neighbors during which one person pulled out a gun and then went inside their home.
The incident, first reported around 2:20 p.m., is in the 600 block of North Fourth Street. Police are asking residents to avoid the area as it is an active investigation.
