Power was restored in several Bay Area neighborhoods early Wednesday after thousands of PG&E customers were without power Tuesday night.
As of 5 a.m. Wednesday, outages in Santa Clara County affected only two PG&E customers, according to the utility's outage map.
At around 7 p.m. Tuesday, there were 4,816 customers affected by an outage in San Jose, the utility said.
As of 11 p.m., more than 4,000 were still waiting for restoration, PG&E said.
All power had been restored to a Fairfield neighborhood near the Travis Air Force Base as of Wednesday morning after customers there spent much of the evening without power. At one point, more than 5,000 customers were affected, PG&E said.
No word on what caused the outages.
