Spike in COVID-19 Cases Statewide Not Slowing Down Reopening

There are new concerns over COVID cases across California. We’re seeing a new spike statewide that in fact, nearly 36% of all the coronavirus cases have come in just the last two weeks — but that isn’t slowing our reopening. Jackie Ward reports.
