State Gets Involved in Vallejo Police Officer-Involved Shooting

The state attorney general will now be looking into the Vallejo Police Department’s use of deadly force policies after the deadly officer involved shooting of 22-year-old Sean Monterossa on Tuesday. Jean Elle reports.
