Concord police believe they have surveillance video of a man suspected of groping a 16-year-old lifeguard Sunday at a community pool, and in a new development Wednesday, another teenage girl told authorities she was targeted by the same man earlier at nearby tennis courts.
The grainy video first shows the man is walking around outside the gated Walnut Country Crossings Clubhouse pool in Concord. Police say he was trying to get inside the fenced-off pool, and eventually someone lets him through the gate.
Later in the video, there's a faint image of a teen female lifeguard walking to a shed. Then the suspect gets up and follows her.
Once inside the shed, the man, believed to be in his 40s, sat on the girl and started touching her and pulling on her shorts, police said. Moments later, the girl can be seen running away.
A lifeguard from another pool rushed to help the girl and confronted the suspect, police said. The suspect then fled.
The suspect was described as roughly 5 feet, 6 inches tall with short brown hair and sporting a gray and orange T-shirt and blue jeans. It's the same description given by a 13-year-old girl who came forward Wednesday.
"He was watching her for awhile, which she said was kind of a creepy situation," Mark Weinmann, president of the Concord Home Owners Association, said about the latest report.

The attack has left neighbors shaken, Weinmann said.
"For an individual to come to this area and do this is just extremely upsetting," he said.
The homeowners association is adding additional lifeguards to make sure that no individuals are alone at the pool.
Meanwhile, police continue to review surveillance video with the hope of getting an even better look at the suspect.
