Tens of Thousands of Votes Not Counted in Last Election

How secure is our election process? NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit has learned that more than 160,000 votes in 13 California counties were tossed out during the 2016 election. That’s a small portion of the overall vote, but critics say it does raise a red flag for this year’s election. Stephen Stock reports.
