What to Know: President Trump's 90 day tariff pause

President Donald Trump announced that he was putting a pause on tariffs for most countries, which led to the stock market soaring on Wednesday. The pause applied to over 75 counties and will last 90 days. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke with Business and Tech Reporter Scott Budman to understand the latest details.
