Trump Stuns Immigrant Community With DACA Plan

Reports that President Donald Trump will announce plans to essentially erase an executive order installed by President Barack Obama protecting so-called Dreamers came as a shock to San Jose resident Cecilia Chavez, a Dreamer who spoke to NBC Bay Area. Sergio Quintana reports.
