Cold Start Thursday, Mild & Sunny Afternoon

Clear skies and calm winds led to cold morning Thursday. Abundant sunshine is expected Thursday afternoon and temperatures are expected to be 3-5 degrees warmer than Wednesday. Much warmer temperatures are expected by the weekend.
