Police are investigating multiple shootings reported in West Oakland.
The Oakland Police Department communications division received notifications Monday morning several victims were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The shooting was occurred in the area of 8th and Center streets, just north of the West Oakland BART station.
