A woman suffered serious injuries after the vehicle she was driving went over a cliff at Fort Funston in San Francisco, according to authorities.
Fire crews responded to the scene where the solo driver was rescued from the overturned vehicle on the beach below the bluffs at Fort Funston and taken to a trauma center, fire officials said.
The woman was in serious but stable condition, officials said.
It was unclear how the vehicle went over the cliff.
