Body Found in Freezer at Ohio Home

Two suspects, Arturo Novoa, 31, and Katrina Layton, 34, are in custody after a frozen corpse was found in a freezer. Novoa allegedly told a friend that his electricity was out but needed to store a freezer in the friend’s basement at a home in Campbell, Ohio. The friend had no idea there was a body inside since the freezer was padlocked.
