Mulvaney Acknowledges Ukraine Aid Was Tied to Investigation of Democrats

Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney told reporters Thursday that delayed military aid to Ukraine had “nothing to do with Biden.” But he acknowledged that political reasons had a role in the decision to hold up the aid, saying that it was related to wanting an investigation into the “DNC server.”
