Will Ferrell is the new face of Little Debbie snack cakes.
The actor and comedian stopped by “The Tonight Show” Wednesday dressed as the snack icon Little Debbie, sporting her signature blue gingham-print dress, a curly red wig under a straw hat and black Mary Janes.
Ferrell, who is making the talk-show rounds to promote his latest movie “Get Hard,” explained to Fallon why he's been force to take on this new venture.
"Let's be honest, Jim: I'm not the Hollywood hunk I once was," Ferrell said. "This mug ain't makin' the moolah like it used to. I got a mouth to feed. Specifically, my mouth."
This Little “Debbie,” who repeatedly referred to Fallon as “Jim,” was a little stingier then most corporate sponsored guests. After asking the audience if they enjoyed the famous snack cakes — building up expectations for free samples — Ferrell told them to buy their own.
“You can buy one, you can buy, everyone can buy one,” Ferrell said as he pointed towards the crowd.
The “SNL” alum, who demanded to be called Debbie, claimed to be a Little Debbie cakes expert who could tell the difference between “a Debbie snack cake and a baked potato” with his eyes closed.

Fallon put Ferrell up to the challenge and pulled out a plate with a hot potato and a Little Debbie snack cake.
“A delicious cake with cream filling, white icing and fudge trimming — I know a little Zebra Cake when I can taste one,” Ferrell said of his selection.
The “Elf” star then sang a rendition of the famous jingle before skipping around the studio passing out sweet treats to the audience.
