Congressman-elect Sam Liccardo makes his way to Capitol Hill

Congressman-elect Sam Liccardo made his way to Washington D.C to prepare for the 119th Congress. Liccardo won the seat left vacant by Barbara Lee and will represent the state’s 16th District. NBC Bay Area’s Janelle Wang spoke with Liccardo to understand what his plan are in Congress.
