1 Dead in an Officer-Involved Shooting in San Jose

San Jose police are investigating an officer involved shooting that left one person dead and another injured. Police first responded at about 12:28 a.m. Christmas morning, so far one witness has come forward alleging police used excessive force. Anoushah Rasta Reports
