3-Alarm Fire Rips Through Oakland's Chinatown

A three-alarm fire in Oakland’s Chinatown displaced about 20 people early Friday morning. Oakland firefighters raced to put out the flames in the 800 block of International Avenue near 8th Street about 2:30 a.m.
