CHP Investigate Shooting on Highway 24 in Oakland

The CHP is investigating a shooting on highway 24 in Oakland near the Caldecott Tunnel. Around 6:30 a.m. the CHP got a call about gunshots being fired which caused major traffic delays. CHP officers are now searching for information that will lead them to the gunman. Melissa Colorado reports.
