Climate in Crisis: ‘Precipitation Whiplash'

Climate scientists are predicting that due to a warmer planet, California will experience “precipitation whiplash.” That means we’ll have worsening droughts alternating with extreme rainfall in the winters. NBC Bay Area Meteorologist Kari Hall explains.
