Flare-Up of Wragg Fire in Solano Co. Grows to 400 Acres

The flare-up Tuesday afternoon of the Wragg Fire in Wildhorse Canyon in Solano County has now reached 400 acres and an evacuation center has been established in Vacaville, Cal Fire officials said. Jean Elle reports.
